I have listened to Nancy for years but not the last few so when I heard on the radio the call here "Walgemuth." I thought "She got married??!!" I have heard pieces of the story. I thank them for sharing. I remember her broadcast where she talked about Christmas and holidays at her house and how the house was filled with people and I thought that's wonderful because when you think of someone "single" you think of them all alone, as some of us are.

I remember when Robert was praising Nancy in a way that he used her strengths. She helped proofread his book and he said "My wife can spot a typo on a billboard going 60 miles an hour down the highway." I had to laugh at that!!! Instead of being critical of that quality he sees it as a strength.

Their story is almost my story...just married a year ago...husband was previously married for over 40 years...I am not an editor...I am a speech therapist...my default is editing almost everything... Thank you for sharing a very intimate part of your lives here on this channel. I am 64 today and the Lord is filling my heart with thoughts of marriage after 40 years of being single. I was married at 18 but divorced at 24 years old through infidelity on his part. I will now be in prayer constantly with the Lord for healing and trust in His choice for the next season of my life. Thank you Robert and Nancy, for being such an outstanding example for those of us who journey into the last phase of life before returning home to be with the Lord.
