I have had this phone for exactly a year now.
The Reno 2 is an amazing phone.
Pro's
Great battery life and an outstanding camera.
G cam and night mode will give any current Pixel or S20 a run for its money!!
I would have loved more camera control in Expert mode though.
The supplied charger is excellent... very fast charging.
The battery saver feature, is also very good. This can easily last a full day of heavy use..I don't play games..but my data is always on.
Finger print recognition is fast.
Cons.
The UI is just above average..not class leading like the One plus.
The screen does not automatically get to peak brightness always in sunlight..you have to toggle auto brightness off and on, then the screen is very good in bright sunlight.
Extremely slippery glass back..it's a stunner to look at...but needs a cover.
Covers are difficult to get because of the Shark fin camera. So buy two!

You mentioned about inconsistent stabilisation, is that for video or photo? Also, do we need to turn on the screen first to use the fingerprint scanner or does it work when the screen is off?

There lot of Good and Bad about this oppo reno2.
Although i bought this phone in 16000 only, sometimes its not even worth it.
Starting from good points
1. Charging speed
2. Camera Quality, video quality
3. Ram and processor

Bad points
1. Each and every mins i am getting advetisment in this phone.
Worst exp. Ever
2. Speaker sound quality is poor
3. Call sound quality is poor.
