I have to admit the British roadshow is way more interesting than the American version which seems to focus more on price rather than the objects themselves.

Thank you from here in New Zealand. Well done for not ruining it like others do.
I saw Peter Nahum at 48:38. I use to love Peter's deliveries on this programme. A shame he isn't presenting anymore.

I sincerely hope the gentleman with the Terra Nova plate did not receive his injuries at the hands of another! I would so love to own anything from the ill fated Scott expedition.

Such a shame the lead off story got the item location wrong. The item is from Hermannsberg, which is not in South Australia but in the Northern Territory.

omg the clock at 16:00 ....I would give anything to own something like that!

Even if they carbon date that old piece of wood it can be any old piece of barn door.

If the boomerang was from Hermannsberg in Australia, that community is west of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory - not South Australia. Also there is every likelihood it could have been carved by a steel knife. I doubt very much our First Nations were still using flinted stone in the 1930's & Hermannsberg was the home of the great Aboriginal artist Albert Namajira - if a connection could be proved with him, then there's considerable value.
