I demonstrate the 4 main ways of fishing the senko. These are the Texas rig, the wacky rig, flipping and pitching heavy cover and the Carolina rig for deeper water. I catch plenty of bass but the purpose of today's video is to explain each method!

I just love how this guys caught more fish than most of us have seen in our entire lives and he’s still exited for a 3 pounder passion

How does Roland only have 117k subscribers, that is nuts to me. Been watching you forever sir. Thank you for all the great fishing over the years!

The fact that you save the tore up Senko's and put them in a mold and re use them says a lot about the conservation person you are. Especially when you can get any tackle you want for free!! Much respect already for you but that added more! Great man! Thank you for all of your videos!

Honestly, Roland...25+ years of watching your stuff (I started watching you, Bill and Jimmy on TNN when I was a wee one back in the early 90s) and still, not many guys do it better than you when it comes to straightforward, “here’s how you do it” bass fishing advice...which is CRAZY because there are hundreds of “options” nowadays. You, Tactical and Nature of Fishing...that’s my big three.

T hank you Mr . Martin, finally found a video of using the Sanko the right way!! I watch your Son's video all the time and i learn from him at the same time have fun viewing his videos. Friend of mine told me about you and i told him that Scott had to learn from the best to be as good as he is. This video surely proved that to me. So thanks

Roland you have been one of my favorites since I was a kid watching your show every Saturday or Sunday morning and now on youtube. To this day still my favorite episode is the one where you came up here to Minnesota and fished lake Calhoun. Thanks for the fun videos.

I really appreciate you making these videos :). I've spent all my life trolling for trout/walleye and have no idea on how to properly bass fish. With your tips I was able to land a 4lb 9oz bass on my first trip. PLEASE continue to make videos on tips and tricks it's really helpful to beginners like me and I also really enjoy the content you produce as well. Thank you and good fishing :)

I remember senkos really hit the scene in early 2000s. I'm not very old just been fishing a long while. Senkos where what taught me confidence in bass fishing. It's crazy because before senkos I was not confident in anything. From there it gave the confidence to fish with all soft plastics, jigs etc. Senkos are so effective.

Love watching your videos Roland! I just started using the senko myself as I’ve never really had any confidence in throwing a worm with no weight. But as you demonstrated, the senko DEFINITELY works in a variety of situations and I’m beginning to use it more and more, especially “wacky rigged” w/ no weight! Thank you for all the information you provide us sir!
