Fwip and jermsy each have a better vanilla style pack that do better foliage, obviously, I'm sure they haven't had time to update it yet, but it's worth keeping an eye on for when or if they do.

Wow, you're so super excited you made me smile this whole episode. 😁 Seems you found a home base pretty close to spawn so you're going to have to do a lot of exploring once you get your home base built. Wonder how excited you'll be when you find a lush cave? It sounds like you're planning to build a whole village into the mountain. Are you going to have secret tunnels inside the mountain too? That would be cool. Maybe with a dungeon below the mountain, because every village has dirty secrets to hide, lol. Alternatively, you could build a cave city since the caves are so massive now. Of course, building in both the caves and the cliffs would make sense for this update. 😉
