Takoyaki Octopus Balls / Complete Recipe : Octopus Cooking, Batter, Takoyaki Sauce, Tenkasu Flakes

I’m going to show you how to make the number 1 Japanese street food “takoyakis”. These are grilled, golden balls containing octopus.

👩‍🍳 Ingredients for 32 takoyaki:
Batter:
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup rice flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 cups water
1 tbsp dashi powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tbsp light soy sauce

Fillings:
½ lb octopus
1 tbsp pickle ginger
2 spring onion
Aonori, nori seaweed flakes (optional)
Katsuobushi, bonito flakes (optional)

For the tenkasu flakes:
5 tbsp all-purpose flour
5 tbsp water
A pinch of salt

Takoyaki sauce:
1 tsp dashi powder
½ tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tsp sugar

I've been looking for a good recipe to do this nobody explain as good as she there she's really good other people they put the recipe but you can barely see what it was The letters was white and they do it so fast you can barely understand what they doing she is good I like her 👍 So I'm going to do it her way she's perfect she knows how to explain and everything

Did you use Japanese, or American, barbeque sauce?
