wow. first day in photshop and first day with this tablet and you are happy with your artwork. It's amazing. I can't imagine what would happen if you used programs you knew? seriously. amazing. I bought this (medium, black, the whole deal, key buttons etc) for $287. I have read that you can go thru tips fast on all tablets and if you dont' replace when needed you can ruin your tablet so when I bought it, I also bought the package of 13 pentips for $13. Felt worth it to me. As a newbie, I may press too hard till I get used to it. I use photoshop and illustrator all the time but I can't even imagine coming out with something as amazing as what you drew. envious of your talent and skill.

Looks great. Did you try making any diagonal lines using a ruler on it to see if it has any jitter?
