Part 1 of My 4-Part Series: ServiceNow Project Roles & Responsibilities

When I first started working on the ServiceNow platform, I had no idea what some of these roles were. What is an Account Manager? Why is there an Engagement Manager involved? What exactly does a Project Manager do? These were all questions I had, and I know I wasn’t alone.

That’s why I’m excited to launch this video series, starting with Project Leadership category roles: Account Manager, Engagement Manager, and Project Manager.

During each video, I’ll provide the following information:
- A description of what they do
- A salary estimate for the role
- A list of their responsibilities (including what documents they may be responsible for)
- Insights into who they most commonly interact with during the project
- An overview of the certifications they may have
