ULTIMATE Beginner's Guide to Throne & Liberty

Throne and Liberty (also known as TL) is an upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and to be published in South Korea by NCSoft. It was to be published in North America, South America, Europe, and Japan by Amazon Games. It was supposed to be part of the Lineage series and a sequel to the first Lineage game, but it was repurposed and restructured well into development. The game was first announced and titled as Lineage Eternal in November 2011 but has suffered numerous delays in its release schedule, with the earliest beta testing planned. The first South Korea Closed Beta began in 2016, starting on November 30 and ending on December 4. NCSoft has rebooted the game as Project TL in NCSOFT Director Cut private event.

Nice video! Not sure why people call the video long, below half an hour for all the content contained within is pretty dense and to the point.

Been playing the open beta and it has been good fun. I'll 100% come back in September when it actually launches! :)

I played closed and open beta and still didn't get that about the defensive skill where the circle closes down for perfect defense

Appreciate the video, I'm not sure if I like the crafting complexity but maybe I'll find it interesting? guess time will tell, but geez it does seem overly complicated compared to previous MMO titles. lol

Can you cover the Milestones? It looks like there are some titles where only the top 100 players or top 10 guilds can achieve. I'm curious how difficult those would be to get or if they are one-time things or you can get those any time the event is run.

Would've preferred a "Flying" morph with a grind to earn it. Why would anyone want to glide?

As a pc player I feel like I haver better alternatives for mmos in the little time I have..
But the game is beautiful and seems really oriented towards mobile and controller players first.

It is forgiving- for now. This is the new strategy for p2w mmorpg..they lure you in thinking it’s p2w content is not that bad, then after a month or two, they unload the dog sh-t, knowing the players will be too hooked by then to ignore.
