I guess there may have been some aspects of IEMs I did not know about haha. Regardless, I want to thank you all for the comments!

Being somewhat deaf in my left ear, I may focus on comfort in any follow-up videos. Thanks again!

Some of the problems are kz specific like the itchy ears, small soundstage and similar sound quality as your gaming headphones(which is indeed considered the worse sound you can get in audiophile community). Other brands like truthear hexa, even i think 7hz zero at 20 dollars have better sound quality than zs10 pro. Zs10 pros has a tad bit better imaging due to its super shouty treble peaks and BA timbre.

Fiio UTWS5 (also provides on-board channel balance)/iFi Go Pods + Creative BT-W5 + IEM of choice. The only downside being the limited battery, so no all day gaming sessions, but for short bursts or playing a few hours on the go (ie steam deck) I find this combo quite appealing

Have you tried using foam tips to see if they help reduce the itching?

If you're getting itchy ears you might consider trying a different material for the tips? Maybe switch to foam or a different type of silicone

Do you often clean your IEM tips? because it sound to me that your itch come from poor tips maintenance

For a first video I have to say it is amazing, very cool editing and neat setup you got! As far as IEMS, would you consider yours to be bassy? Im trying to get into this world and I'm kinda overwhelmed with the amount of IEMS and price ranges, but I want ones with emphasis on the base.

Try out Sennheiser open ear headphones. They're bulletproof. I've had my pair for 10 years. They're perfect for what you want, the open ear design makes them lighter than normal headphones and have really good audio quality.

I would recommend getting some foam eartips because they move around less, so your ears don’t get itchy. Great video though!

Even the sub 10$ iems are better than a HyperX headset. I suggest you don't use the cheap IEMs with BA drivers, they irritate my ears. Try the QKZ x HBB for bass and soundstage, and Truthear Hola for a neutral sound with a slight bass boost. The Holas are really light and comfortable, make sure to use the right eartips for you. Both are 20$ or less
