This presentation was recorded at the annual Coupling, Energetics and Dynamics of Atmospheric Regions (CEDAR) workshop which is sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
The CEDAR program was established in 1985 and is funded by the National Science Foundation's Atmospheric and Geospace Sciences Division.The CEDAR mission is to understand the fundamental properties of the space-atmosphere interaction region; identify the interconnected processes that define the behavior of the ionosphere- thermosphere region, its evolution, and influence on the Sun-Earth system; and to explore the ionosphere-thermosphere predictability.
