NO! NO! NO!!! NEVER EVER use a vacuum to clean a computer case that has any circuitry in it! The opening of the hose creates a vortex full of static electricity that can fry chips. Whoever put this video together should know better than that. This is why canned air is so important. Vaccums = static. Air compressors = moisture.

Canned air and an anti-static dusting brush are all you need for most things. If its really far gone, liquid contact cleaner (aka TV tuner cleaner) will get the rest.

in every clean up videos it is mentioned if you want to clean your cpu cooler be prepared with a thermal paste otherwise don't clean it. Thermal paste needs to be applied everytime you remove the cpu cooler.

I live on the edge, I use my leaf blower and pressure washer to clean my PC and accessories. Also kind of fun replacing everything. I've learned a lot about PC's since I've started cleaning this way. Also keeps things up to date. I highly recommend this! I will warn you though unplug it first, I don't want you to do anything stupid! ;)

electrostatic discharge is harmful especially on the components of the pc such as
The motherboard. Make sure you are standing while cleaning the case so the static
wont build up fast. Also touch something metal like the cover of the case so you discharge
Some of the static buildup. Also get your hands on some anti-static wrist wraps. They are recommended
But not required. They are not that expensive and could buy you lots of time cleaning the case by frequently
Touching metals. But you still wanna do it for safety purposes.
