After using ring central at my previous job and dialpad at my current position, I like ring central more so far. dialpad support is frustrating and it seems like everything most companies would need is locked behind the enterprise plan (extensions, phone support...) My experience with ring central was it just worked, and was very intuitive to setup. support was also very helpful if we got stuck.

Never use Dialpad terrible user interface, terrible service, and the customer service from T-mobile is worse.
