First time I heard this song, I bawled my eyes out because I related to it so so much.
I saw them perform this live in 2014, same reaction. Sang it word for word.
This song helped me through some of my darkest moments in life, thank you 5FDP

This is the first song I heard by them, about a year ago I became a fan. I never really liked rock music before this, but I really listened to the lyrics and I couldn't stop listening to this band. Next was I Apologize, Wrong Side Of Heaven, Gone Away, and When The Seasons Change. I listened to those songs everyday on repeat. Then I saw just how much music they had and *_fell in love_* I really want to meet the band someday. I'm too young to go to one of their concerts, but I won't stop bothering my parents about it. I ask them all the time "When will I be old enough to go!?" I'm 14 and I might be able to go to the show in October. I hope!

You guys kick ass. I am a veteran and was in Iraq when you came to Speicher. Your music has gotten me through some really hard times and some equally great times as well. I had to work and could not see your show but I have tickets to your show in Sunrise FL and hope we all get through this suck and get to enjoy kicking ass again!! Everyone at Five Finger Death Punch, thank you. You guys have helped me throughout my darkest times and have saved my life. Music is a really good life saving tool. I can't thank you guys enough. I had gotten suicidal and angry to the point of destroying my personal belongings that I loved. I needed to go to a mental hospital for a little while. Because of me, my family was falling apart, always worried on what would happen to me next, I was unpredictable and I can't thank you guys enough for what you have done. I have gone through a rough and an almost 14 years.

P.S. I am completely open with my past and I'm okay with you guys talking about it in a video if you guys do something like that. ITS THE WAY OF THE FIST🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟

Hearing the blank canvas and crayon theory is incredible. It’s also absolutely true. About everyone’s life. We all draw our own pictures that become the chapters, changes and overall experiences both good and bad of our lives. That’s a very true, very amazing theory. Preach, Ivan. I always wondered what those drawing on the white wall scenes were symbolizing and now I know and it’s unbelievable and very true. Talk about an emotional song, man. I see now why you don’t play it anymore. I wouldn’t either, man. Hope everything else you guys do play rocks just as hard as the day it was recorded. Hope everything works out for you guys.

You guys are absolutely phenomenal! This is a great series and I'm glad you did it, and most importantly, glad the band is still together and strong as ever! Seeing Chris and Ivan sober is a breath of fresh air that I can relate to. Having had an alcoholic dad that was recovered for 17yrs before his passing. Sober band definitely on their game!!

I contemplated suicide in 2018 because I was homeless and depressed and alone. Listening to this song made me remember everything I've done to fail my mom, brother sister and dad. I cried and sang this so loud in my Jeep on many nights. Then, as I sat there crying thinking about wanting to end my life, I remembered my dad bought us tickets to your concert on August 11th, 2018 and I couldn't miss that, you guys saved my life, my dad saved my life. Thank you to you guys so much for making such amazing music to save lives of those who feels helpless and lonely, you definitely lift spirits ❤🤘
