minister can be a billionare!! If he can show how he attained his success then people would belive'
that the bottom up model works. So to see how successful bottom up can be Ruto should show how he made his wealth
so that the wanainchi can follow in his footsteps and be as successful as him if he can't then there's
no reason to belive the bottm up scam works!! So Ruto please show us how you became very rich, please
