Bharat got EUA after phase 1 and 2 proved safety, phase 3 is for efficacy, we are under extraordinary circumstances, drastic measures allow for the fast tracking upon proven safety. Efficacy will be determined, buy u gotta have a phase 3 to get the data. As far as other countries approving it without the trial results, thats a bit risky. because they are passing this on to the people as a proven drug, when its still in trial phase. But bharat has done nothing wrong, and they probably got this whole covid thing figured out.
