I used to work for a lock company and we would have to work on the locks on the cages at the zoo. When we came they would move the gorillas and the other monkeys to areas where they couldn’t see us working because they would take sticks and try to use them as tools on the parts of the locks we would work on. Also they would imitate other things they saw people doing like they would pick up newspapers and hold them like they were reading. Granted the newspaper was upside down and covered in poop but it was still kinda cool to see.

I saw a documentary about an orangutan that was taught to fish and drive a truck. I'm pretty sure you could teach a gorilla to lift weights.

I think it all comes down to where a certain species lives and then evolved over time. It wouldnt be pretty but if you put "modern" humans back into the jungle, over time they will evolve or de evolve, however you want to see it. For example, if you are in the heat long enough you will adapt, there is a limit but your mind and body will still sligtly change to adjust as much as it can.

Great Video. I disagree with the ending though. If I ever encounter a gorilla I wont panic, ill let him get close enough on his charge and suddenly burst into an upper cut punch, with a head butt to follow. Then Ill execute a kimura or choke him out. If none of this works, Ill talk to him about Jesus and plea to his gentler side. A banana offering could help if you have one with you.
