This is such an amazing song, it's hard to not cry while listening to it. Taylor is such an amazing person for being able to write this song and perform it, all my prayers go out to those who have loved ones with cancer or anyone who lost a loved one to cancer. May Ronan rest in peace.

Taylor only have performed this song live twice, first at Stand Up To Cancer charity show back in 2012 and the second was in this concert in Glendale in 2015, with Ronan's family in attendance. Right before the concert, Taylor met the family in the backstage.

As a dad of a current cancer survivor, this song hits hard. It's just short of 7 years of his diagnosis, and 4.5 years of No Evidence of Disease(NED) and six months until he is declared in remission(80% of kids with Wilms Tumor make it to 5 years). I have seen far too many parents go through what Ronan's mom went through. Sadly only about 4% (might be up to 5% now) of monies generated to cancer research go to children's cancer research. I hope this interest in this song will help raise further awareness of this massive shortfall in research dollars.
