Let's address the fact that Saudi Arabia owns the largest oil refinery in Texas. Let's address the fact that Saudi Arabia is in OPEC and the United States of America is not. OPEC sets the gas prices. So if the United States is not in OPEC--why are our gas prices ruled by them? I blame Texas. I blame whoever allowed Saudi Arabia to own one of thee largest oil refineries in our country. I want to know Why Saudi Arabia owns one of the largest oil refineries in our country. Let's talk about that.

The Uvalde tragedy probably pushed a lot of people away from Abbot

It's pretty foolish to treat an entire ethnic group as a homogenous monolith that thinks, acts, and votes the same. The most important "diversity" anywhere is a diversity of views --- NOT identity politics.

Remember how Gregg Abbott did nothing about Uvalde and then held a press conference begging for money?

I'm counting on this to affect the election. Never in my whole life have I seen so many creeps in public office, and I remember NIXON! I'm at the point where I will vote for just about anybody, just so long as it gets people like Abbott and Paxton out of office. I'm a long haired freaky person, but in recent years I've begun to actually miss the real conservatives and I've grown to despise the partisans who took their place. This is not a normal situation, nobody like me should ever get nostalgic about scoundrels like Reagan or Bob Dole. If this election goes the way I'm hoping, Texas might just have a chance.

Replace Greg Abbott with Beto O'Rourke.

Remember. Abbott sold oil refineries to Saudi Arabia. So American oil as to be possessed in a plant owned by Saudi Arabia. Ask Abbott why.

Texas has a real opportunity to get a Gov who actually cares for the people of Texas...

Look at Abbott's my way or the highway attitude. Case and point, abortion. Why do you think he didn't put it on the ballot? He had multiple special sessions but hasn't had one for Uvalde.

He's nationality is IRISH. He was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, a border city. Robert translated into Spanish is ROBERTO, nickname is
BETO. Growing up in a border city we learn to speak Spanish, read Spanish, etc. BETO is highly qualified, educated, and cares about WE THE
PEOPLE. I am 100% for BETO. ✌

I voted for Reagan and Bush but will vote straight Democratic ticket. The Republican party today is more of a Fascist regime than a political party

Who pays for sending more DPS troopers to the border?
Who would pay for Texas building its own border wall?
Who pays for busing migrants north?
As taxpayers, we do!
All these issues may help Abbott the politician (who wants to eventually run for President), but might that money be better spent in improving Texas public education, fortifying our schools to protect the children, and improving Texas highways and Texas infrastructure?
