When I was making this a story that I heard a few years ago came back to me. This was a a story of a ghost that haunted an old building. It was said that if you went there you would have nightmares for months after even visiting the place. I did not believe such a thing so I went and explored the place and found nothing. I never had a nightmare but every night before I went to sleep it seems I could see a shadow but nothing was creating it. I told my parents but they waved it off as my imagination since I am creative. It went away but to this day I still remember back to those weeks and wonder if there was actually anything there.
