Very much the King of Blues, yes Albert and B.B. are also but Freddie King deserves more respect, you here SRV and Jimmie Vaughan, Clapton and Jeff Beck covering Freddie Kings songs more than anybody else, he was definitely great

I was fortunate enought to see Freddie King live in the early seventies. He opened for Leon Russell and Freddie stole the show. He had the whole place in his grace !

Freddie King and Clarence Gatemouth Brown do the two best versions ive ever heard.they both bring me to can feel the soul that these two  men had.I hope there is a blues section in heaven....thats where ill always be.
