When you enter the shoal at the back of the room there is a no squid sign at the door and there is a baby jelly in the room holding a chain, very hidden but just thought I'd say it as it a hard secret

cool tip: in after alterna, for the last octoling rush stage the specials there are infinite, i ended up only getting to crab tank because i wanted to conserve them and i made it way harder than it needed to be

Fun fact: Before you go into rocket phase 4 you can look down from the platform and see Callie, Marie and Agent 3 just kind of standing there. But it is really funny because they are supposed to be talking to you but they are just standing there.

in the rocket phase 2, there is a diagonal red pipe. by doing a squidroll onto it just right... you can go out of bounds, and if you want, you can either explore a little area, go back down to where you watch the first cutscene (it will play again, but from behind) or you can skip all of phase 3. very cool glitch, but its really hard

I believe little buddy can also appear in the window of the cafe that is left of the lobby and above the idols

In turf war, I noticed if you looks at the size of the squid/octoling icons you can tell who is winning! This is rlly useful for me. Don’t know if this has been said but I think it’s cool.

I don’t know if he’s done this one but :
In the level he did in the intro, if you take the tower of boxes out very fast, (before the bend to the final bit of that part) if you have all the boxes takes out by then, you get special dialogue! And extra power eggs

A detail I found was that the shops are arranged on how the inkling/octoling wears clothes on their body, the hat shops is on the top, weapons and shirt shops in thw middle, and the shoe store goes downstairs if you look inside.

Actually Wasabi is actually another type of root that is similar to the Horseraddish. Depending on how they're ground up is how SPICY they become, and in the case of the Wasabi, it not only effects your sinuses, but your mouth as well similar to Peppers due to the chemicals found in Wasabis.

Something I just realized I see no one talking about:the hydra splatling is made of pen parts
If ur like me as a kid you probably broken pens for no reason then just to look at the inside, and they look so similar

The villain Splatfest is a fun idea, but they'd never do it, because it would be spoilers for the story. Even if it was the Final Fest, people still might not have finished story mode or watched it yet. 😅

In the salmon run training room you may know that there is a 500 hp balloon representing the steel eel, the scrapper and the slamming lid boss health but there is also one on the grates above there is a 300 hp balloon representing the steelhead boss as well
