I have had the HP21i for 5 years now. Truly the best in value, features and Customer Support. Swapped out the auger bearings a few weeks ago. Run this on 2 most of the time; crank to 3 for overnite, when it gets below 0. I burn about 4.5 tons per winter season. Just fired it up last night, and will run it through April. If/when we move back to SD, I will buy the new model, that holds 120 pounds….just a GR8 unit. The build quality, and ease of maintenance, make the ComfortBilt brand a no-brainer. BTW, stay AWAY from Green Supreme pellets. They are made with ground used railroad ties. I bought a ton to try, and was a big mistake. After every three days, I was chiseling heavy toxic metals, that had built up in the fire pot. About 1/8th to 3/16th thick. Very nasty. Buy ComfortBilt, and do your due diligence to keep it maintained. You’re welcome…..

I have the HP 61 works excellent for 5 years now with no problems heats my whole house for just under 1K a heating season till May here in Ontario! I buy the pellets from the Mennonites way cheaper than Home Depot or Walmart or Canadian Tire 🙂

My only problem woth pellet stoves is here we lose power alot in the winter sometines for a week....

No pellet stoves for me. The cost of pellets is going up as I thought they would. If I had to buy a pellet stove it would be a gravity fed system that runs without electricity. It could need to burn other fuels like sticks and left over lumber.
