I suggest that Samsung makes its own operating system like Huawei and Apple and makes a processor for desktop devices like Apple and outperforms everyone. I hope to fix the RAM, it is very bad, repair Exynos and put it in all devices

Anyway my Smartthings Hub and Amazon Echo Show is best. No need to plugged in the TV for smartthings hub feature.

Samsung warranty customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. We've spent hours upon hours since JANUARY trying to get our still under warranty TV fixed/replaced, and have dealt with nothing but incompetent third party service people and less than motivated to assist in our plight customer service reps. Neither entity is willing and/or refuse to be held accountable. All the while calling my family's integrity into question.
