According to him, the scammer didn't ask any personal information. The scammer confirmed his personal information.

There have been 3 random charges to my Chase card, and their fraud department does nothing. I'm closing my account next week.

I think I have like 20 text messages in the past year from different phone numbers that try to get me to click on link and log into my Chase account. The problem for the fraudsters is they are targeting the wrong person Because I do not have a Chase account. But if you get those text messages that claims they need to verify a charge, etc, ignore it.

Before you call your bank when receiving a fraud alert text login to your account first to see your account not after like this guy did.

He did authorize these wires. This story leaves out the multiple texts he got and codes he gave to the scammer.

If he didn't reveal any personal information, why did the fraudsters need to contact him?
