Probably already answered, but that random cookie at the village was probably from Hero of the Village after completing the raid. Villagers will toss an assortment of items, mainly ones their trades are based around, at the player when a raid is completed at their village. It was probably tossed toward you when you were on your way out of the village, so the cookie didnt despawn because it deloaded probably right after.
