I asked my ex this and he stumbled. ❤ shrugged his shoulders, looking off with a blank look on his face. Your 100% correct.

So true no minimising of the guilt or guilty party’s. An innocent person is horrified

Thanks for the excellent videos. Instead of the last words being: ''are feeling any degree of guilt'', I would say: ''are guilty.'' Afterall, psychopaths don't feel guilt.

This is a true answer. If I person is confronted with punishments in interrogation, they are going to soften the paying time for the crime.

Jail time AND psychological help. I was s abused when I was 4 and, though you learn to live, it never really leaves you. I, very much so, believe that therapy should be given, but not IN PLACE of serving time or registration.

This is so accurate. It's a very good indicator that you're on the right track. Great lesson on human behavior. Thanks Chase

Wouldn't someone guilty say the more severe answer? If they said like in this example "not jail time", that just sounds like you're admitting to the crime and I doubt anyone would say that.

That's interesting I would have thought they would express strict punishment criteria - but that doesn't apply to 'me'.

My answer… give them to the parents and police walk away

Even family of the perpetrator when they know he’s guilty will respond this way.

Wendi Adelson: “They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unless it was my family, that would be hard.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂

False dichotomy, applying often. What if you ask an empathetic Christian the same thing? Or someone's who believes his uncle got jail time while actually innocent? What should be done to Phineas Gage for being obnoxious?

I was molested and l have been raped and I believe those people who did that are sick and need help. I don’t see how jail will help them aside from stopping them from hurting others.

I fit the more compassionate response, the first response...by nature. My gut says this is just a generalisation.

Interestingly enough, sexual predation is a mental illness, one that cannot be cured. No amount of therapy or medication will fix what's broken in their brain and given the opportunity they will re-offend. Perhaps the offender is self aware enough of this fact, making them more inclined to seek leniency for opportunity rather rather feelings of guilt.
Thank you Chase
