Uhh Use sand in the corner and put above on your head at the same time try to move forwards and you will teleport to outside (maybe works??)

you take the blocks and make a pillar first then ender thing and clip through so you make your shelf to freedom

Might be bedrock only but if you look anywhere but in the corner, place a falling block for example gravel one block on top of you, and move into the wall, you can phase through it if the wall is one layer and CORNER BLOCKS

What about a a bedrock tower but it's top is open but is very high and u have 6 sand one 4 ladders and the room has a crafting table and with a furnace
