The historical origin of Christmas is not clearly stated in the Bible, but various ancient cultures and traditions influence it. Some scholars suggest that Christmas was derived from the Roman festival of Saturnalia, which celebrated the winter solstice and the god of agriculture, Saturn. Saturnalia involved feasting, gift-giving, and social equality. Other scholars propose that Christmas was influenced by the Germanic and Norse celebrations of Yule, which honored the return of the sun and the god Odin. Yule involved burning large logs, decorating evergreen trees, and singing carols.

1 Corinthians 10:31
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God”.
SO, if you do celebrate Christmas and it is for the glory of God, there's nothing wrong with it at all. I'm not willing to take the same stance on Halloween though. Whatever you do, do it honoring God.
Pretty sure everyone knows Jesus was not born on Dec. 25th, The exact month and day are uncertain and depend on various biblical clues and evidence. Some of the possible ways to estimate the date of Jesus' birth are:

Shepherds in the fields: Jesus could have been born in spring or fall, when the weather was mild enough for the sheep to graze outdoors. (Luke 2:8)

Census of Quirinius: Jesus could have been born in late summer or early fall, when the roads were more suitable for travel and the harvest was completed. (Luke 2:1-5)

Conception of John the Baptist: Jesus could have been born in mid-September, by counting nine months from Mary's visit to Elizabeth, who was six months pregnant with John. (Luke 1:5-56)

Star of Bethlehem: Jesus could have been born in April to June, by correlating the astronomical phenomenon with historical records. (Matthew 2:1-12)
