I always listen to videos where Dr Nolan is interviewed. Such an incredible intellect. The only place that I differ from him on the UAP issue, is that I REALLY care about the NHI aspect. For better or for worse, it is the biggest event in human history.
I really believe that the 'UAP' community needs to start a letter writing campaign to make sure our government representatives and senators know that we take it seriously and expect them to support a disclosure process.
