Great video Matt, I have a question. Quite a while ago you made a video on canelo's improved punch mechanics and it remains my most favourite video till day

In there you mention that when shooting a rear hand, you should ground the front heel, and THEN twist/swing you hips. Do you still stand by that advice or has it changed since then? Do you think you'll have more power and a smoother weight transfer if you twist the hips BEFORE you ground your front heel?

How is the pendulum step different from stepping with your punches predictably? I'm thinking of your Khan v Crawford video

Do you think Wilder and Fury should be using the punch shield? I saw some recent heavybag work from Fury and he was awful, the bag actually fell of it`s hinges as a part of the ceiling collapsed and his team cheered him on, looked like a really shitty camp overall.

I always watch Tank & think that some of the things he don’t do is because he is so small & have to do certain things to make up for the lack of size, maybe im wrong??

Video could have been 10 seconds long - he's got high fast-twitch muscle fibres.
