I wouldn’t say it gave Kaguya problems as she was in a form that was causing her to lose control of the 10 tails due to Naruto attack. It didn’t look like something that she couldn’t avoid it’s just something that she couldn’t avoid in that form because it was unstable.

Sometimes i think Naruto fans can't pay attention. Orochimaru already knew what the Totsuka blade was. He didn't know Itachi had it. That means it's something that can be acquired, and NOT specific to Itachi's Susano'o.

Kakashi DMS kamui shrunken is op as hell .. the main reason it's busted is because it's long ranged... Itachi's totska blade is limited ranged.
