Excellent post, Charles! Shortly after this Chicago R&B/soul label was founded, they changed the label name to Twinight Records (because of another label already using the Twilight name). Syl Johnson was their big star, and this was his first hit for the label, peaking at #5 on the Cashbox R&B charts (#12 on the Billboard R&B charts) and #92 and #97 on the pop charts (Cashbox and Billboard, respectively).
