I’ve just seen this for the first time at the hardware store the other day. Something I’ve been dreaming about since I was a kid because I don’t think wood should be used in construction. It was many orders of magnitude more costly than wood though.

What are you using instead of posts? I’m planning to build a ground level deck and I have very little clearance from the earth and they look like they’d be useful. Thanks!

Should be using stainless screws for something that can last as long as that composite wood?

Have you built stair stringers using WearDeck? Largest I see available is 2X10, but have seen where they attach 2X10 to a 2X4 to make stringers. If so, how would you attach the boards together?
Thanks.

Hey love your videos. I am looking to build a freestanding deck like this. Only question I have is how far did you keep the frame from the house for drainage or do you have it touching the house?

I am also in the Southern Ontario area, but I can't seem to find a local dealer. I have tried to contact OC to find a dealer but no one is replying!
Where are you sourcing the material?

Thanks!
