I followed this recipe step by step. I set the Traeger to 225 for 2 hours and the internal temp was 120.

Still waiting for mine to cook; I had to increase the set temperature because 225℉ was nowhere close to being a correct set temperature at 47℉ outside temperature for me. Recipe does state however "Cook times will vary depending on set and ambient temperatures."

I'll have a thermal blanket for the next time. We'll see if that helps.

I tried to go to the recipe and it isn't there... Never used bread crumbs before. Kinda needed to know how much crumbs and milk you use🙄
