The thing is if any of his cases is put before a uncompressed court every ine b of them will be thrown out and maybe even bring charges against the lawyers that tried to bring this to court and I hope they have to pay back every dime they cost all of us and trump.

That "scsthing dissent"...the ridiculous example of using a Seal Team to assinate a political opponent.

Odd how she gets cut off just as she after she completes the sentence about door not closed regarding prosecution for unofficial acts. Not sure how to track down what the rest of the comment played out.

Thank goodness we don't have a democracy, and may we never degrade to having a straight democracy for a government . And remember, never, under any circumstances, trust anyone who says we are a democracy, regardless of what side of the political isle they identify with .

Appreciating the professionalism by her about this 😁. Seems less biased than the short after this.

love how Democrats say everything is a threat to Democracy except their own rigging of the Democrat nomination and coronation of Kalama without one vote.

Here's a taste: "As we have noted, there is little pertinent precedent on those subjects to guide our review of this case a case that we too are deciding on an expedited basis, less than five months after we granted the Government's request to construe Trump's emergency application for a stay as a petition for certiorari, grant that petition, and answer the consequential immunity question." And some more: "Applying the majority's new Presidential accountability
model thus seems to involve bearing down on the indict-
ment's allegations and making a series of determinations
about the nature of the conduct at issue. From the struc-
ture ofthe paradigm, it appears that the first decision point
is whether the alleged criminal conduct involves one of the
President's "core" powers. If so (and apparently regardless
of the degree to which the conduct implicates that core
power), the President is absolutely immune from criminal
liability for engaging in that criminal conduct. If not, then
one must proceed to consider whether the conduct qualifies
as an "official" act or “unofficial" act of that President. If
the crime is an official act, the President is presumptively
immune from criminal prosecution and punishment. But
even then, immunity still hinges on whether there is any
legal or factual basis for concluding that the presumption of
immunity has been rebutted."
