I'm really trying to find that balance between the calorie deficit and not confusing my metabolism by not eating enough...Seems like before having my second child, cutting carbs was a lot easier and 'result producing'😅 I know I should incorporate much more movement but it can be hard as a mom to a little! Thanks for listening to my TEDTalk😂✌🏼
