I always hope that they will open it to MJ's fans. Do it up the way Michael had it. Fans would come all over the world to see it and pay a lot of money. It is my dream to one day be there. It would be perfect to have MJ buried there but of course that's difficult now because of how ruined it became after the false accusations. It's so sad, used to be MJ's happy place until they destroyed it on him. Still a fascinating place. Please open to the fans.

Actually, I wonder what the value really is.  Usually, when a crime occurs on a property such as pedophilia (which I don't believe occurred), it is a stigmatized property.  The value wouldn't be the same as a property where such a crime didn't occur.  But I did read somewhere that there is oil on that land.  Not sure if MJ owned the mineral rights or if a previous owner from Sycamore owned them.
