Check out the highlights of the Forum's Pitch for the Purse Finale !!!!
On February 25, 2021, over 2,000 of you joined us virtually at the 19th Annual Odlum Brown FWE Gala: Pitch for the Purse Finale. Between surprise guests to deeply moving entrepreneur stories, we were at the edge of our seats. Our Finalists shared their visions with us, Connie Stacey of Growing Greener Innovations took home the $50,000 purse, and together we raised over $600,000 in support of The Forum's mission to leave no woman behind.
The magic of community was felt as we gathered virtually, together. Thank you to all who tuned in and participated, who sponsored, who volunteered, who coached and mentored, who donated, and who continue to be champions for The Forum every day. Your support allows us to leave no woman behind.

UNFORGETTABLE HIGHLIGHTS
What made us fall off our chairs...
We felt the energy as DJ Fly Lady Di was spinning during the preshow, and listened to the stories of our Celebrity Judges, Frank Giustra and Nathalie Molina Niño.
Our incredible Host, Monika Deol of STELLAR Beauty, guided us through the night.
Our virtual stage was created and transformed by CountDown Events, bringing to life the energy of the show.
We were surprised with visits from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Ryan Reynolds, Savannah Guthrie, and Sarah McLachlan.
The big moment came when our Finalists pitched:
Karen Danudjaja, Co-Founder and CEO of Blume Supply Inc.
Connie Stacey, President & Founder of Growing Greener Innovations
Rachel Bartholomew, Founder & CEO of Hyivy Health
They shared their inspiring visions with all of us, and our two celebrity judges, Frank Giustra, CEO Fiore Group and Nathalie Molina Niño, CEO & Investor, O³.
Live from New York, Harry Santa-Olalla, our charismatic and energetic auctioneer for the evening, enticed the audience and pulled out all the stops to help raise funds for The Forum!
The audience then live voted for the winner. The votes were tallied and...
Connie Stacey, President & Founder Growing Greener Innovations was named our 2020/2021 Pitch for Purse winner, receiving a cash prize of $50,000!
A special thank you to our Mentors: Christian Chia, Sophie Gupta, Nanon de Gaspé Beaubien-Mattrick, and Performance Coach, Valerie Galvin, for working closely with the Finalists to offer advice and support throughout the program.
