Anno 1404 - Venice HE: Imperator #001 WAR!

Anno 1404 is in my opinion the best entry of the franchise. Good thing the add-on Venice added a nice Multiplayer and some new features. Discover with me what made this game so great! (and this time with full 64bit support)

In this long-term project I plan to play through all scenarios of the game, treating each scenario as their own season. Expect dozens of episodes filled with new content!

You shouldnt scout your opponent.
Just scout a small area, That delays the declare of wars later on!

EditII: Giovanni will be a hard opponent this match.

EditIII: A little tip: when you place a single piece of harbourstreet somewhere and then place the defensive Tower on it you wont get those lines of street (idk what its called i call it street)

It works better to hide and develop silently, and seeing the computer players as late as possible. That way you can delay war.

not sure if you know this but you do have the silver ship :) you can equip it in the options menu

Wish you the best start and luck :D I prefer 2205 because of the Market System and Technology Nexus. Also with the Headquarters and all the park elements you can actually make quite amazing parks :) Of course this is also one of the best games for optimization. That's my feedback!

Hey, I've always preferred 2205 over 2070 from the aesthetic to the build mechanics.. If you're looking for a challenge to spice up the game, how about something like researching "all alternate recipes" for your production line like rice instead of beef? I don't know you'd enjoy the game if you were setting all in game challenges like those annoying invasions to maximum. You could just deactivate them entirely, if you wanted my opinion. I can't stand the ship combat.

I think there needs to be some kind of goal set by you to have a true sense of challenge.

-In your starting temperate region for instance, you'll always have plenty of workforce so how about you only build energy & maintenance modules here and continue this in other biomes like the moon will always have enough energy but workforce and maintenance is crazy expensive...

-You could challenge yourself to make the arctic profitable by going for max population.

-Finance calculator EVERYTHING for maximum tycoon gameplay so you won't need 2070 anymore haha XD. Let's be honest, you would've played as a tycoon again, right? Greta Jorgen.. I mean Thunberg is not impressed lol.
