Zarca Engage: Add Survey Header and Footer

Top off your survey with a title in the header, then add any instructions or reminders you want to the footer. Remember: The header and footer appear on every page. If you'd like to add a message to just one page, choose to add a Descriptive Text comment from the question type menu.
