Right now is stone fruit season, which means at least 50% of my time is spent thinking about PIE. Thanks for another great discard recipe!

My kids threw out my dry beans that I use for my weight had to get creative today ! Used a small casserole dish with glass beads on the sides, I didn’t have enough glass disks you put in vases of course washed and on parchment paper.

Soo, the whole point of making anything sourdough is to let the sourdough starter ferment the flour.... If you just mix a sourdough starter with flour and bake the thing within 30 minutes it's essentially the exact same thing as not using sourdough: there is no fermentation so 0 sourdough benefit.
