I have a galaxy s20 and it doesn't make too much difference aside from the fact that the s23 has better quality, more cameras and more zoom. during the recent years, Samsung has generally used vibrant colors on their camera sensors and that's what I like

I think there is a way to use 37mm neutral density (nd) filters on your phone with a clip that comes with a variable (ND) filter and it might work that way. I know that pointing anu camera at the sun for even a short amount of time whether its a professional camera or cellphone will fry the sensor eventually or cause irreversible damage and may cause spots on all your photos that editing cant help. Best to not shoot the sun without a neutral density filter (nd filter), it's best to do it when the sun is barely rising or almost completely setting.

The color of the sun is not simple. The true answer is either green or white depending on how you prioritize the information. What you see on Earth is affected by the atmosphere. But on the space station, you'll see it as white because the sun emits light in all spectrums of visible light. However, if you had to pick one color, the sun emits mainly in the green spectrum of visible light.
