For some reason the IP of my server is showing 127.0.0.1 instead of it's static IP address. Is this normal? I've googled to find the solution, where some say I can delete it and re-enter the IP address, not sure if I should do this and mess things up. I am running it on VirtualBox

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
