I'm a man and I've become that stereotype anorexic that everyone was worried about. Never thought it would happen to me but it did.

Man, could you explain these and based on this can you predict when will i fully healed,
1 year after the antidepressant withdrawal i got recovered suddenly, like my heat receptor back, like i can feel cold, and my cognition back like i can understand every word easily by its prefix root and suffix for example, monolingual bilingual trilingual, all of them i understand by separating it into parts (mono means one lingual means language), also i get my emotion back like do you know chord progression i can feel it again, but its all happening temporarily just a day and day after that another recovery and its gone again its switching into another ability thats recovering. So basically what kind of process im on?
