Replace the fuse box below the bonnet, It contains a relay whiich will stop the car from starting

The car is telling you the braking system is faulty (in the dash middle screen, in french), and probably preventing the car from starting

Mine was solved by simply put extra groundcable (35mm²) from battery to engine. All electrics are OK now.
