This video is made to help you improve your track laying skills in 18Chesapeake. It presents the best "3Train" runs for each company in the green phase. There are ideas presented by both Train Shuffling and JC Lawrence in a podcast and articles respectably. The ideas presented here will apply to any of the 18xx games. The general discussion in the BoardGameGeek forums would indicate a little skill in track laying will add an inappropriate amount of advantage to the player.

At ~10:27 you've laid an invalid Philadelphia hex orientation, since you didn't preserve the N and S track exits. You could still lay that track, the tile orientation would just need to be different.
