Prince Louis wrote his note to his Middleton grandparents. The Children do not refer to Camila as a grandparent. She is their grandpa's wife. Prince William has made that perfectly clear.

I love these kids: ) Normal kids even with all the hoopla of Royal protocols. They obviously understand well for their ages what is expected of them. It seems that they are well versed in the expectations but know they will be loved and not beheaded for some pretty normal kid antics. Kudos to Mum and Dad for protecting their childhoods : )
