This vido really goes to the key points. At the stage of collection data, both the asylum applicant and the lawyer should sbumit evidence that are most relevant their claim and present all the evidence in a clear, concise, organized and convincing way. That is really important for you to win your case!

So I wanted to ask you said before that you get your work permit after you submit your asylum case in 6 or 7 months during that time how will you be able to sustain yourself financially working illegally then?

Sr, you have given an explanation that is worth more than gold. I have a partner who entered the US under asylum, they intend to appear in court next March without a lawyer.. Do you think it would be best without having legal representation? Thank you very much in advance for your help. Happy New Year 2025!!
