Hello comfort, please i will like to ask if someone chooses the course he wants to apply to and he founds out the course is begin thought in English, French, and German. Does the person still need to show proof of language proficiency in French and German even when the person speaks English and the course is begin thought in English as well. I am talking of someone who is an undergraduate because faith said you only need to get a letter from your university, so I will like to know what about people who are coming for a bachelor degree. Please i had applied for ATS in Luxembourg since june 27th and i am yet to hear from the immigration.
My question is it necessary i mail them to find out if they had sent to my post office since post can really delay because my school resuum next month 14th. I need to apply for visa, flight, legalization of documents etc

Please concerning having a sponsor for proof of funds who is residing in Luxembourg, do I have to send my documents via courier or I can just send them by mail since the person has been given power of attorney and will be handling the ATS application process for me? Do I need to provide proof of relationship with the sponsor in this case? Also, am I to authenticate my passport? I saw this on the web but I’d like to confirm this please.
